| Kandi is Sweet! |

Everyone! I don’t even know where to begin with all of this. There is so much that has happened in the last few days it all begins with hours upon hours of travel that by the end were mind numbingly boring. We finally arrived in Jibhi and our living conditions where tons better than I expected. We have running water and a shower! The country here is absolutely gorgeous and its extremely easy to fall in love with how the rural areas look with all the mountains and clear skies. the customs and the culture here are also so different and so amazing all at the same time. Its crazy to be almost get run down by a car by the adult but to be so adored by the children.

Yesterday was our first day with the children and at first it was super difficult to get them to say anything. All of them were so shy and reserved, but by the end of the day they had opened up to us a ton and we were all already starting to feel the love. Today in the schools the children cheered as we approached and we all had an excellent day. It is amazing to see how much these children can become attached over such a short period of time. I had a blast playing soccer with all of the kids and even though we had to chase the ball down the mountain multiple times. It doesn’t get much better than soccer and India.

We are all safe and doing amazing! Even though I have to sleep next to Kaleb…. well at least he showered this week already. love you all!
