our expedition is amazing
all the TED talks given tonight were amazing! good job everyone, thank you for sharing your passion with us.
Something that Atalee said in her talk was, "let go of who you think you should be and be who you are." this really stuck out to me personally so i thought i would share that little note with you.
also tim what a stud, i mean did you see his tie? ;) thank you tim for sharing your african adventure with us. i think it kinda gave us a feel for what we can expect in India, you had such cool stories to share with us. and i would love to know more about everything that happened.
YOUTH: we have such amazing leaders? they put so much time and effort into all of this don't you think? i mean as awesome as we are they could be doing a million other things! thank you leaders for all you do for us. it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!
we all should strive to be as forgiving as Natalie's friend that was in the motorcycle accident. when we can forgive and forget so fast we won't lose out on any happiness, peace, friendships and everything else we had on our lists. why would you waste 60 seconds of happiness by spending 1 minute sad?
i hope you all are enjoying this experience in your life, because i personally love all of the time we get to spend together hanging out and having fun! i also hope that all of you are getting your passports in and ready because if you aren't and you don't make it to India, we all will not only be mad cause you delayed but super sad that you don't get to spend the whole time with us!! GET IT DONE!! please!! those children in India need you and we need you there to complete our team!
if you couldn't make it to our letter writing party you missed out. we had a blast and got very few letters ready. (or maybe that was just me...)
can't wait to see what else this year has in store for us!!
